What To Expect From FTV x Body by Brey
This 6-week fitness program is designed to be done in-home, with little to no equipment required. All exercises included can be modified to be made easier or more challenging, depending on your level of fitness. This program consists of HIIT (high intensity interval training) for optimal fat burn, endurance, and burning a higher amount of calories in a short amount of time, as well as strength training to build muscle and tone. Included with this program is exclusive access to instructional videos for various exercises. This program is designed to cater to different fitness goals and needs. For example, if you are trying to lose weight/lean out, it is recommended that you do at least 2-5 HIIT workouts per week, on the other hand, if you are trying to build muscle, more strength training is recommended with less cardio/HIIT activity. Additionally, this is helpful if you have certain physical limitations due to injury; you can modify as needed.
Recommended Equipment:
Yoga mat
Set of Dumbbells (anywhere from 5-15lbs)
Resistance Bands (optional)
*Even if you do not have any of these recommended pieces of equipment, you will still be able to modify the workouts as needed*
