Marian
Hey y’all! Welcome to the viiiiiibe. My name is Marian and if you couldn’t tell from that first line I am STRAIGHT OUT OF TEXAS. Born in Dallas raised mostly in Houston, ya girl says “Y’all” to start every sentence and might end with it too. As a proud LSU Alum my 2nd top used phrase could be GEAUX TIGGAHS. Now a mom of two and wife to my high school sweat heart, this ride has been one for the books!
I’ve always known that a part of me that makes me happy is connecting with people, inspiring people, actually helping people through my words and actions. Hints the reason why I graduated with a degree in Communicaton Studies. After graduation however I began a career in the NFL. Yes, I took a position as an NFL wag (the not so cute abbreviation for wives and girlfriends of athletes). A fellow wife once laid it out so perfectly on a gifted mug our 7th year.
NFL Wife (n): personal assistant, middle man, ticket agent, master packer, expert mover, house manager, therapist, biggest fan, Queen B.
No but seriously everything between commuting from city to city between off season and pressure of unexpected cuts will work all of your physical and mental. Throw in the birth of two babies (one at-home birth - *blog post coming soon) and 3 team changes in 8 years. Ya girl has been forced to FEED THE VIBE since day one. Now entering into a new chapter of our lives with our retirement from the NFL it is necessary much like before I continue finding ways to keep myself and my family grounded yet on a forward growth path. The goal is not just be strong physically but mentally most importantly. I heard someone once say “whatever gems you pick up along the way are not yours to keep their yours to share.” And that is exactly why we created Feed the Vibe.

Dannyell
What’s up y’all? So happy you’re here! I’m Dannyell, but most of my friends drop the ELL and call me Danny for short! Home is Houston, TEXAS [born, bred and fed], but with my husband being a college football coach, life can get jumpy & we are currently in Tucson, Arizona! My husband is my rock, so I always feel so blessed to be on this life journey with him. I attended THE Louisiana State University (LSU! LSU! LSU!) - where I met my husband & my girl, Marian - and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism.
After graduating I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment, but after a short year I realized it was a tad bit too intense for me (still a Cali girl at heart though)! My short time and struggles in LA caused me to focus more on my plan B aka God’s Plan, which ended up becoming my true passion… educating, uplifting and supporting. I decided to enroll in graduate school to pursue my masters in mental health counseling. In April of 2020, I graduated and started my first job in the field as a family and children’s therapist. I have found joy in helping children and families express their emotions, improve their communication, and solve problems. While therapy is my passion, Feed the Vibe is my internal movement and I’m so fortunate that I get to do both. Life has def been a journey, but learning to maintain a routine that allows me to have moments in the day that feel good is the ultimate goal! I wake up and aim to be the best version of myself, whatever that may look like! #FeedtheVibe
